5 Star PLUS Just had surgery with DR Murray this week and am so grateful that he was my surgeon. He is top notch, compassionate and an exceptional , expertly skilled surgeon, I highly recommend him, and his amazing surgical team! Big thanks also to my anesthetist who took great care of me knowing I had nausea after surgery before; I am so impressed by how professional and caring he was in the medication selection and administration- no problems at all post op, so thankful! One more shout out to Candy my post op nurse, she was incredible, kind, compassionate and so helpful; she definitely supported my recovery -she is a gem! I had Cataract surgery by Dr Gdih and his nurses and they were so nice and professional and the prep nurse was so nice and reassuring the surgery would be fine thanks to all nurses and staff.
From what my client told me and the experience she shared The nurses and Doctor were amazing, however the customer service was rather lacking in compassion and empathy. I was responsible for transporting a client to have their wisdom tooth removed and upon drop off I was told the surgery would take 3 hours to complete and I was not able to stay in the facility to wait, due to covid(complete reasonable). I than continued on my day supporting other when I got a phone call 50 min later stating the client would be ready for discharged in 30 min and to be at the front door. When I explained that I would be more than 30 to arrive at the hospital, the staff that called me sounded irritated. When I stated were I was geographically, and question why the surgery happen much sooner and what was originally communicated she said I should have been 15 min from the facility at all times in case of emergency. Once again, this was not communicated when drop off occurred. It felt as though the service was operating on a basis of how many people they could see in a day and not how to care for people needs. I believe if the surgery started earlier what was originally communicated a phone call should have been made to notify the transporter. Not all people live in that area, and not everyone has supports network that to transport them.
Not to be dramatic but Dr. Singh is an amazing professional who delivers exceptional results. I was worried considering this is surgery but I seriously have no regrets. The results were AMAZING. And the overall experience was easy and professional. 110% recommend
Called to get a price range for a procedure and they said they didn't have that information and the only way to find out was to book a 300 consultation!!! I said why would I pay 300 to find out a price estimate?! I asked if she knew if it was hundreds of dollars or several thousand to see if it's even a possibility...they wouldn't/couldn't answer. Ridiculous!
