Warm Home upgraded my attic insulation and about a month later, also spray foamed my basement. Estimator was punctual and knowledgeable. Price was competitive. They showed up exactly on time and got the job done efficiently. Both crews were friendly and took the time to explain what was done and make sure I was satisfied. Job site clean up was very good. I very rarely recommend contractors, but I would recommend them to anyone. I have worked as a residential renovation contractor for 28 years and this type of service has sadly become very rare. I had been in touch with several spray foam insulation companies and none of them got back to me. I called Warm Home Insulation and they came quoted me a price for insulating the rim joists in the basement. We set a date and the job was done. I can't believe the difference in the basement since we had this job done. It has made such a difference in the comfort of being down there now. Upgraded my attic insulation to R50 from R 12. In and out in 40 minutes and 900 later for 730 sq. ft. As compated to another Insulator who quoted me 1250 for same job. Warm Home got my business and my Thank on a job WELL DONE!
