Nurses are friendly and I've never felt talked down to or judged by them in fact some of them have been so genuinely caring I really felt overwhelmed by their kindess (in a good way). Only complaint I have is for one male ER doctor who's name I forget but he is very insensitive and didn't care at all that I was crying and in distress.

Terrible front desk receptionist. Had no interest in me or my few questions.. I asked about wait time. Did not bother to tell me it’s according to urgency. Would of been nice if they mentioned how the service works. It’s not about how many are waiting so when I first arrived she suggested maybe 3 hrs. . I Waited one hour and then went back to the desk to ask approximately how much longer would it be and she told me 5 to 6 hours. And told me that it is accordingly to urgency it is not a walk in clinic. I proceeded to just walk out I will make arrangements to see my own family physician tomorrow. I would not recommend anybody go there unless it’s really an emergency. Somebody should definitely train these two women that sit at the front to be somewhat more pleasant as they are really quite nasty. They also did not sanitize all the chairs as other people had left.

urgent care centre staff were some of the nicest, most caring i’ve ever met. so nice to see healthcare workers who are so passionate about patient care and hospitality. they helped turn a bad accident into an experience that i’ll look back on fondly soon enough.

Yes it was busy, but the staff were professional. The nurses were very kind and also professional. The Urgent care doctor that took care of my father was excellent. My dad after a long day of pain was treated kindly and with respect. He took the time to make a senior with a very bad bursitis feel like a very important patient.

Worst service, worst staff, understaffed, no one has no clue what to do, I left with the worst problems I’ve ever had ever since I’ve been born, had no wheelchairs, they wanted me to wait 5 hours to see a doctor
