The bus drivers know better customer service than the guy that works there. Keeps on interrupting people and was arguing was an elderly guy when I got there. Can’t figure out what’s wrong with your peggo card and keep on suggesting to contact 311.
Very convenient place to go to for monthly peggo add-up.
Winnipeg transit is the worst transit I have seen, I had many bad experiences as a student. Especially on weekends if you have to reach a 10 mins driving distance, In transit it take 2 hours. Sometimes you see 5 buses coming at same time out of 2 buses will be of same number or destination. That means the late bus and the right bus travel together. This is a regular scenario in public transportation of Winnipeg. They arent doing anything to improve. So in cases of a storm or heavy snow fall dont just think of transit just pay a taxi and get home safe. Thankyou for the patience to read.
Friendly staff! The only thing to mention is they close early. So it's not very convenient for people working till 5-6 o'clock. Besides that it's all good!
Please stop singling me out on the bus for having the "wrong" bus pass when I don't. I'm using the correct bus pass please leave me alone this is getting to the point of harassment.
First of all a terrible experience with Winnipeg Transit. My wife bought a semester e pass (4 months) from shoppers. Somehow peggo card shows expired in only 1 month. Whenever, we dropped by there, a lady employee took someone from the queue and said she is waiting there for 15 minutes so She will only assist her. You gotta comeback tomorrow. There are neither hours printed/ clearly visible on kiosk nor on website. She should have alteast listened our problem and give us directions on where we can get this issue resolved rather than closing the door of kiosk rudely. My wife has to now leave class early tomorrow to get this issue resolved and also pay return fare apart from having semester e pass. You guys gotta at least acknowledge that where your customers are coming from. DO NOT SHUT DOORS WITHOUT KNOWING WHATS THE CONCERN OF YOUR CUSTOMER. Hope someone can look into this.
