Service from sales is terrible waiting 1 yr and still have not received a call on a solution on the elevator they installed
Working with this company has not been pleasant at all. We seem to be always replacing the motor on the elevator and we have been waiting for the elevator permit renewal for months, every time we talk to them they seem to have another person to talk to and another person to blame.
Working with this company has been a nightmare. 2 years to get new cables, and still, they don't even have the decency to return my phone calls
