I would give them a zero star, i’ve been ordering fried rice from thai express, but this is the first thai express that have worst food. Their fried rice were so wet and tasted really bad. We wasted our 1 hour drive. Washrooms were sooo bad too.
We order Thai Express often from skip the dishes. There are usually small mistakes made; wrong noodle, meat etc. Usually it’s not the end of the world. We ordered from them recently and asked to not include an allergen. When we received it, it had the allergen in it. When we called to let them know they ARGUED with us telling us it wasn’t made with that allergen and told us they have videos of them making it. Never showed us the video... if you have an allergy I would NOT recommend ordering from here. They have no interest in making you feel safe about it. They would rather argue the 13. Won’t be ordering from this location again.
One of my favourite fast-food restaurants in the city. The pad thai with peanut sauce is very flavourful and filling. Food tastes fresh, and is always prepared in a timely manner.

I am not sure if there is something wrong with the manager or the cook that they hired. The way the fried rice is made is big NO NO. The rice is soggy and wet. That is not how fried rice is supposed to be! I have eaten chinese, thai, and malaysian fried rice etc.... and I know how it is supposed to be. Other Thai Express location can make it work, but why you do not? For other menu, I will say no complaint. I hope the manager can take note on this.
It’s nice place to have a quick meal, usually don’t take long time to wait. Friendly staff.
