We all know that dealing with tech issues or upgrading phones can be a hassle. Thank goodness for Tbooth, and people like Reed! He helped my mom and I switch out our phones recently, and I can't even describe how blessed we felt by his service! Reed went above and BEYOND ten times over to serve us. Best customer service I've ever experienced. PLUS he greets you with a smile and enthusiasm every time. Honestly, it didn't feel like a transaction; it felt like chatting with an old friend or family member! Flawless experience, and then some!

it is great to have a apple care technician in south Winnipeg. I had issues with my apple airpods. when I went to t booth wireless in st vital mall, they helped me out to make an appointment instantly. Chris(apple care technician) helped me out with my airpods issues. I recommend everyone to go there. great customer service I ever had. thank you so much.

We had previously had a negative experience with T Booth, however after speaking with the store owner and the manager the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. The manager Reed was great to deal with and we even returned to do business with him again! It was overall a much more positive experience! He is very knowledgeable and looked up the best plan for us, which we greatly appreciated!
