Our sister company Renotech Renovations & Construction, has been dealing with Ziggy and his team at Specialty Interiors for the past several years, anytime we need ceiling tile materials. Our entire staff have always found them to be responsive, friendly and competitively priced. They arrange delivery directly to our job-sites in a timely manner, and have always been able to identify and match any oddball tiles or tracking we bring them.

We received a quote for ceiling tiles and some new flooring products.. the staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. AJ did a great job explaining options and providing more detail about best practices when installing. Will buy from here again.
I tried to deal with Rick at Specialty Interior, I went to their showroom and found a product I liked. I was told that I would receive a callback the next day with a rough quote. I didn't received a callback at all, so I went to their showroom again four days later to give them a second chance. I was ready to purchase that day, and they sent me home, and again telling me they would call me at 8:30 in the morning, even though I was ready to purchase. The next morning came and I didn't receive a callback, once again. At 11:45am I called them to do business, and simply asked why they didn't call me back; I was instantly called \manic depressive\, and told \that they weren't going to put up with my bullshit\. It was completely uncalled for, I was cordial and polite the entire time, and only made one phone call to them over the seven days I tried to deal with them. I then called the other owner, Ziggy, to tell him what happened, and he told me it's up to me, and they didn't care to do anything to keep my business because it didn't matter to them. STAY AWAY FROM SPECIALTY INTERIOR, you can try Kenroc, or Winroc instead for the same needs and products. They clearly don't care about customers, and I wouldn't be surprised to see the awful ways they handle customer issues during and after sales. I would hate to buy something from them and then be completely forgot about after they had my money, and didn't care what my problems were.
