I had a crib mattress from Ikea (came with the crib) for my son, which after 2 years was starting to get misshapen. When I unzipped the cover, I was surprised to see that the \mattress\ was just a piece of foam. I had heard from a friend that Sleepwell made customized crib/toddler mattresses. I called them right away and within just a few days, I had a real, well made and quality mattress for my son. This is what I learned: mattresses are not made equal. I know this now and will only purchase mattresses from here as they actually make REAL mattresses! No more bunching, or sinking in the middle. My son sleeps all night and is properly supported. After getting out last mattress at a big box chain and being less than impressed tried something different. They make all their products in Winnipeg too. We got the plus comfort and it is hands down the best bed we have ever slept on. and the price was incredible too.
