There are many businesses that should take lessons in customer service from Gary and Karen. They are genuinely friendly and helpful, and always take as much time as is necessary to help with our printing needs. I always feel well served when I leave there. We have purchased 3 units over the years, and pricing on the units we purchased, as well as the cartridges and follow up service, has always been very quick, fair and competitive. We look forward to continuing to work with this company.

Should of check ratings before coming here.., never again WHHAT!? You have asked google to remove the review! now this is just funny, I see you want to remove all the negative reviews and leave just the ones you like! Well let me tell you it doesnt work that way! As a small business owner myself, I understand, you cant make every customer happy, but just deleting reviews will not help you! Workon your customer service first! That was my last visit to your store and last time Im waisting my time on you! If google have any other questions, they will email me, but you need to change your attitude and work on your service!
