I've been coming here for many years and have always had great experiences. The receptionists are friendly and greet you as soon as you enter and I've never had any problems with direct billing to my insurance. The place is kept spotless and interior is gorgeous with plenty of comfortable seating. Dr. Robin Lau is the best dentist I've ever seen. He's very friendly, professional and makes sure you're always feeling comfortable in the chair. His assistant Kayla really stood out on my last visit and is equally great and knowledgeable. My experiences with the hygienists and the rare time I need to see a different dentist have also been very positive. I just can't speak highly enough of the whole team at Polo Park Dental.

Triple Threat

5/5 stars for overall great experience! Only time I raised question was with this one flamboyant dental hygienist who told me “my homework was to floss”. I believe I was the last patient of the day and he wanted out quicker. I wasn’t impressed with this and brought it to the attention of Polo Park dental, but that aside I’d still rate them 5/5 stars. Overall positive and professional encounters each time.

This is a great place, they make you feel comfortable and can’t believe Dr.Rohan remembers you from her many clients, but she does! Reception is also very, very accommodating and flexible with appointments and you can usually get in the same day you call. I live 3 1/2 hours from Winnipeg and am so glad my niece recommended this dentist after mine retired, they work around your other scheduled appointments so I can do all appointments in one trip. You seriously won’t be disappointed in any of the staff they are friendly, caring and explain all options as well as letting you know in advance what the cost may be. Give them a try, you will be glad you did!!!️️️

LOVE this place! Totally worth the 30 min drive, all the staff is so lovely, kind and patient. I was a few minutes late for an appointment (baby was not enjoying the car ride) and I didn’t even get backlash like some other places have done to me. They are understanding, and don’t even question it and I didn’t get a fee. Dr. Noah Corso is very thorough and understanding!! I will continue to go here for my teeth :)

Disappointed bill and A/Rdepartment. Been here 5 years, love the hygienist there. Top notch. Long story short, received an invoice for recent visit for 35. Not a big deal. After couple phone calls with my Insurance company and dental office, still unclear why there is a shortage. I don’t mind paying 35, but I want to know why. I want my insurance To process correctly so they get paid on time next time. Guess what the dental office says, “next time you visit, pay us in full and file the insurance yourself”. Just simply enquire the situation turns into “we don’t want to deal with you any longer” situation. This is unacceptable, as I lose the dental office insurance filing just for asking a few questions? There is a consequence for knowing what happened? I cancelled my 2021 pre-booked appointment at that moment. Update, after another call with my insurance, turns out the dental office files the insurance incorrectly. Of course, they will never know the correct way and they will just bill their clients.

I went to this location 2 months ago for a standard cleaning appt and at the time thought I had a wonderful experience. I recently had to reach out to my dentist Dr Rohan for some follow up questions via telephone, and her words brought me to tears. She was incredibly unprofessional, she bullied me, mocked me, tried to gaslight me, and I have never been so indignant as a consumer before. I am absolutely shocked and disappointed. She provided me with misinformation that will now require thousands of dollars worth of orthodontic bills to correct, and I feel as though I am entitled to have a conversation about that. All I was looking for was some simple information and to have a conversation about my visit with her. Instead, she got frustrated with me and yelled at me for simply having questions & concerns.
