I’m finding other reviews to be the same as my experience, the staff just don’t seem to care. Maybe they aren’t being paid enough, maybe they’re tired, I mean we are in the middle of a pandemic so I can sympathize. But whatever may be going on, the experience here was all around just negative, I left feeling worse than when I walked in, and that’s never how you should feel if it’s somewhere you are spending good money on something special. I would recommend trying out other stores in the mall.

I have bought alot of expensive jewelry from this location over the last 16 years. My Bulova watch that I purchased there 2 years ago for over 1000.00, my second expensive watch from there. The battery went about a week ago. So, mb opened up stores today an i went to get my battery replaced an they told me they were not doing batteries. So I went to a smaller jewelr in the mall an they replaced it in 5 minutes for me. I will never spend another cent in people's. I have 2 chains one was 8000.00 an a wrist one 2000.00 and the clasps are wearing low. Ill be going back to the other jeweler in the mall for those repairs.

I was very unsatisfied with the experiences my mother had with this place this past week. They definitely DO NOT meet the 5 stars for there customer services it is too bad that I still had to give them 1 star otherwise it would be none. One thing my mother failed to mention in her review was one of the woman employees who my mother dealt with had forced my moms ring onto the sizing pole which I felt was very UN professional because she wanted to prove to my mom that the ring was a size 5 & not with what the sizing pole showed when mom slipped her ring on sitting between 4.50-5 not at the 5 mark which the woman was mad & than continued to force the ring to the 5 mark. Anyways the ring was not supposed to be sized to 5 mom requested 5.50 Later that day we returned with my father over all very pour pour customer service & will NEVER return back other than to pick up moms set & or with a lawyer. I do not recommend this place for any services & will make sure to give feedback Anywhere that is needed.

My fiance bought a very beautiful 1200 set once brought in for sizing woman handed me sizing equipment to size my finger alone not once put in her opinions on how to choose a proper size as a jewler which I've had at other jewelers like michael hill & benmoss. I than requested a size 5.50 not knowing the woman put it in for a size 5.00 upon picking the set up realized that they sized it for a 5.00 not 5.50, there was a rose gold heart within the wedding band which would connect to the engagement ring but when picked up that heart was no longer rose gold it was white, there was also black marks around the diamonds on wedding band which i was told was a residue left from there chemicals. Never to mention that the man "manager" requested me to put a mask on which i refused as in the health order i am exempt from wearing due to medical conditions that one i would not have to explain but did (chemically induced asthma) he still than insisted i put on a mask other wise they would refuse to deal with me. Later on that day my fiance & i returned to the store so he can deal with it as they refused customer services earlier. The same manager again requested that i put on a mask which than my fiance explained to him that legally he could be in trouble for refusing to help customer whom which is exempt from wearing a mask & him & his employees treating me in the manor that they did was totally outrageous. Well my set was eventually sent back for there mistakes which i would hope be rushed services for unsatisfied customers with there work & customer service. If my set returns with same,more or new issues i will than only be returning back to the store with my lawyer.

Too bad I have to give 1 star as with there pour pour customer service & horrible experience in there store I would love to give 0. DO NOT recommend this store & overall company will make sure to give negative feedback wherever & whenever needed.

Staff are uneager to assist customers with their individual needs. There seems to be a disconnect between management and customer service representatives. Most of the answers to questions regarding special order jewellery were "I don't know". I ordered a ring and was told to expect delivery in 8-12 weeks. No problem. After 6 weeks I'm told it will take minimum 12 weeks and nobody has any way of checking on the status of my order or the estimated time of arrival. Could be 12 weeks or it may never get made. The representatives I talked to said they had just as much information as me in regards to my order status. Not a good feeling having paid in full for a piece of jewelry and nobody can tell me anything about it's status. The next time I visit people's jewelry will be with my lawyer to get my money back for the ring that may or may not ever get made.

Tried closing at 6:15 when the sign clearly said 6:30. After some arguing they finally let me husband in for the quick warranty check he needed done. Obviously don't care about customer service, look at their star rating. Lazy.

I just wanted re-size the ring But the ring that I got back, It was a different ring. I remember the main stone's look ( Since it was natural stone, it has different look - there was a spot and slightly different color ) It had big scratches on the main stone even. When I ask what happened to the ring, They treated me that I'm just fuzz about that. and telling me that scratches must got from polish. and If I wear it and walk around the mall 30 mins, I will get that scratches. But I know that real stone that we use for jewelry, the hardness is usually above 9. To me.. it just doesn't make sense that happened during polishing unless they are polishing stones with diamond. Even it happened during the polishing. that shouldn't happened at the first place. I got exchanged the ring. because I vocalized what's wrong. and I realized that they finally give my original ring back. The whole experience was really sketchy and wired. How they send the wrong ring .. (They told me they don't have same ring in store anymore when I drop off my ring in store to re-sized) And " Accidentally" my ring got scratches while it's polishing. And I got the ring exchanged, found that I got an exactly same looking natural stone ring that I dropped in first place. UNCANNY... I would not recommend to go this store to get fixed your ring or ... anything.
