Each time I've been there the Manager Jason has gone above and beyond what was expected! Extremely understanding and considerate! Definitely a win a win whether you're pawning or purchasing.

I bought a tv from here and 10 minutes into using it it crapped out. I called, I was able to exchange it but for exchange id have to pay tax. not only did the guy knowingly not give me my full change he also gave me a crappy broken exchange and would not take it back. DO NOT COME HERE. they sell broken things and WILL NOT REFUND you.
