First of all, I'd appreciate professional oral surgery from Dr. Guan. But I will explain my experience with the Frontline Employee. I accepted my surgery on 25th Sept, yesterday I got my dental benefits report from my insurance company then I found out my payee address is wrong. So, I called the staff today, I recalled that I have asked the worker to change my address on 25th Sept when I found it's wrong, my receipt shows the correct address, and today she confirmed it again. So, a very simple summary is that they made mistake. She told me I should call my insurance company to cancel the check and resend it to my correct address etc., I knew at this moment I have to call my insurance company, so in the end, I asked her: should you say something regards to your mistake? like an apology? Then she repeatedly saying from the document bala bala... Hard to believe that an advanced hospital has so unprofessionally frontline employees.

very very expensive! 1800 for 4 wisdom teeth!My friend had worse situation, 800 only completed every thing! So surprised they still open

Very expensive. Did not clean out properly where he extracted my wisdom teeth and I ended up having swelling, pain and infection. If you're going to do a shabby job then don't charge so much and/or give people a refund. Also dislocated my anterior temporomandibular joints during surgery. Not sure why this place is still open.
