Great product and awesome staff in loading dock but upfront in the office Monique is one of the most rudest people I have ever dealt with I have dealt with northern for last 3 years and now I will be going to Pratts and paying a bit more just to not have to deal with her the should fire her because I’m sure they will only lose more business having her around
