Terrible communication and really rude staff. Lost our post dated cheque’s and cancelled our proposal without warning. Had to make multiple trips there and back to sort it out and even after everything we still get calls every day from debt collectors. Waste of time unless you want to be ‘proactive’ and do the proposal footwork yourself.

I went through MNP winnipeg for my bankruptcy back in 2015. Still fighting to have debts removed from my equifax. Just talked to MNP today(May 7th, 2019)and even though i paid for service for them to do,they are telling me i have to phone and have the debt removed(been doing this for 4 years already with no result). I would not recommend these guys to anyone as they will do the same to you. Horrible company that will take your money and run. Also the person who returned my call at MNP was in kenora so not sure why the winnipeg office wouldnt contact me. Too cowardly i guess.
