When you sell premium products it's easy to do it right and its easy to forget how as well. The ppl experience here was as it should be, top notch. Bow on the car, my wife was thrilled. Worked with our personal situations and got us what the wanted. Arthur and Steve and the ladies in delivery and Finance were the very best in making a great day for my wife even more fantastic. Arthur brought this car to our home 1 hour after our first phone call on a Friday night after he picked up his wife from work. All in all first rate from start to finish.

Service staff are awesome all the time...especially my man Boston. He will go out of his way to make sure you are looked after in the service department with whatever you may need. Always a great feeling when you leave your vehicle in good hands and you know you will be looked after! More than FIVE STARS would be more accurate. Sales experience was also great. We love our Land Rovers and will certainly be back to upgrade soon.
I have owned by Range Rover Evoque for 4 years. I have and always will bring my Rover for service and repair here. The Team is an excellent team. I have always had nothing but red carpet service! I find them to be very friendly and professional. I enjoy being treated like I am top priority. Boston in the service department always goes above and beyond when I've dealt with him. Over the years, I have purchased multiple vehicles from Birchwood Land Rover Winnipeg as the sales and after sales service is consistently excellent. All warrantied issues are resolved without question, anything falling outside is explained in great detail prior to approval. The staff is extremely engaging, considerate and professional in all circumstances. My latest visit for regular service went without a hitch and my vehicles was cleaned both inside and out. Wonderful experience with no wait time or delay. Will be picking up my next purchase at this location. Five Stars for perfect service!
It's always a lovely experience at the dealership. Boston is always very willing to assist offering options and advices that are immensely value-adding. All the other staff I deal with are equally courteous and helpful. They are highly recommended.
