I was having a major surgery and had a long recovery. I had a wonderful experience with HomEquip well renting a lift chair. The staff was incredibly helpful well ''sizing'' for the chair. They were very accommodating by having the chair the same day I was into look. The chair worked great and helped me entirely through my recovery. I would highly recommend HomEquip for anything and I will be using them in the future!
My dad had to get a shower chair, the first one purchased unfortunately fell apart but I was able to exchange for a better model. Very kind and helpful people, great customer service and definitely will come back for anything else my father might need in the future.
Homequip did a great job installing a custom chairlift in our home for my mother-in-law. Because we originally had two sets of stairs divided by a landing, we installed two standard lifts as the cheaper, more easily done option. When that didn't work out because of her mobility issues, Homequip removed those, charging just a rental cost for the time they were in the home, and worked diligently on measurements and installation for the custom curved unit. She couldn't be more pleased!
Super disappointed to see that no staff are wearing masks and they are not adhering to physical distancing despite signage imploring customers to.
