I received excellent customer service and had a great experience with Finish First. I had gotten into an accident during the holidays and had my initial assessment done at MPI on New Years Eve. I was a bit frantic trying to find a shop to take my car in on such short notice, as it was a busy time of year and I needed a vehicle. Peter let me bring my car in right after my MPI appointment the day of, and I was provided with a beautiful courtesy car. I received regular updates on the status of my repairs, and ultimately ended up getting my car back looking better than ever. Could not recommend this shop enough, and continue to do so to my friends and family.

Two years ago my front bumper got replaced by them. Their customer service was very good. The work was very good, and competitively priced. I went to them because of a verbal referral. Last month I noticed that the paint had a couple of bubbles. I contacted them and they said I should bring the car in for them to see it. After checking it, they said they would take care of it. We arranged the drop off, and within 48 hours I got my car back with the re-painted bumper, free of charge. They even touched up a spot where there was a stone chip damage on my door. The car was even cleaned, inside out! WOW! I only have great things to say about Peter (the owner) and his business. If you ever need bodywork on your vehicle, go and support this local business...

I let 3 teenagers learn to drive in my van, and these folks repaired the subsequent damage. And it was extensive.....great job, the van looks brand new, even has that new car smell. They are a pleasure to deal with, provided lots of information and options, and even sourced second hand parts in some areas to save me money. Professional, kind, on time and super communication. You will not go wrong using this business.
