Thanks to the incredible team at Equilibrium I'm feeling hopeful for the first time in years that I can fully heal my chronic back pain. I was referred to Equilibrium for massage and my therapist recognized how much faster I'd progress with a multidisciplinary approach. Receiving acupuncture, massage, and athletic therapy in one location has been convenient and I've made huge improvements in way less time than I'd anticipated. All the staff are very knowledgeable, and their intuitive approach ensures their expertise is tailored to your individual needs. I highly recommend Equilibrium for wonderful holistic care.

I had my second appointment with Jenson on Wednesday. It was a full 90 minute deep tissue massage. Jenson's pressures were great. I am used to other therapists that press harder, I always thought \ no pain no gain\. Her method worked really well, I got release of my muscle tightness within 24 hrs. and didn't have to endure the tenderness, I have had in the past. My last therapist left Equilibrium, and I am glad that Jensen treated me. If you require deep tissue massage, I would definitely recommend booking an appointment with Jensen.

OUTSTANDING COMPANY I never rebooked at the same Wellness centre after having Massages for 7-years UNTIL I came to this location. It was the first time when I was asked if I would like to book again, I said \hands down yes\ Here's why: - All the staff are very knowledgeable and have a passion for their career. -Every appt starts with a plan of action, and they provide steps after to help support yourself in-between appointments. -I've been able to rebook or make changes to my appointment using their online services or on the phone -Experienced the same dedication and consistency with the other staff for various things, such as deep tissue massage and acupuncture. -They get to know you and committed to your wellness. As soon as i I find out someone isn't seen a Registered Massage Therapist, I tell them THEY have to go here.
