Our family was downsizing and we were looking to trade our Nissan Armada with a smaller family car. Nick helped us pick a 2017 Chevy Equinox. Before picking up the Chevy he mentioned that they found an issue with the starter and replaced it. Once we took the car and used it for a couple of days, we noticed an issue with starting the car but Nick went above and beyond and sent a technician to our home to replace the battery. He also arranged a rental car for a week and had the car fully inspected and fixed. Since then, no issue with this car. I highly recommend Nick since he was not just a salesman but someone who was with us until the issue is fully resolved.

Amazing !! My car guy DJ is the best of the best. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle with him and not only can find you exactly what your looking for but he can get the best price as well. New, used, you name it. Super knowledgeable, friendly, fast; what more could you ask for!! I know buying a new vehicle can be a stressful time, but in my experience with DJ I have always been super excited and happy when leaving the dealership and never have had that feeling of being pressured to buy, or not knowing every little detail about the vehicle. I recently purchased a vehicle from him; we laughed about getting the big red bow put on my car when I came to pick up my vehicle. GUESS WHAT. When I came to pick up my car, my dreams came true and guess who got the red bow. It really made my experience even more special to me. He goes above and beyond to make all customers feel like they are having fun while making a big decision. So all I have left to say is Go to Toyota, buy from DJ, you wont regret it. :)
This was my first time buying a car from this dealership and I will definitely be going back there again in future. It's a nice place to do a car Buying! My Sales guy, DJ who is very informative, did a great job of providing good service and was very accommodating. After 2 hours of doing all the negotiations , I went home driving my brand new SUV the same day. We have now purchased our second vehicle from this dealership. Would recommend to anybody looking for a quality vehicle but more so a quality experience. You can spend money on a vehicle anywhere but What sets this group apart at Crown Toyota and in particular Mark Johnson is how they make you feel when you go in. You feel important. They understood our needs and our budget along with what we wanted out of a vehicle. Ultimately they got us the most car they could for our budget and we really couldn’t be more happy. Worked with DJ Reimer for a couple of months to find the truck (2016 Toyota Tacoma) that fit my needs. I am happy with my purchase and DJ was very knowledgeable and awesome to deal with. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me find a cap for the truck. I will definitely deal with him again for my next Toyota product. We found the atmosphere at Crown friendly and relaxed and would definitely recommend dealing with DJ.
