I felt very taken advantage today and the manager used covid as an excuse. I called for curb side pickup. Ordered my hairspray that I have been getting for the last 4 years. I reminded them that there was a note on my account that they always price match from a salon outside of Wpg. The girl said they can’t price match bc they can’t call the other salon to check since covid shut downs. I told her that the last 4 years sometimes they call and sometimes they just do it since there’s a note. The last few times they hadn’t called. She puts me on hold and the manager picks up and starts rambling about their policy before I can say a word. I let her know that half the time they do it without even calling. She didn’t care and kept saying bc of covid. I told her how I felt taken advantage of and she didn’t care. I only go here bc it’s convenient. On a normal day when I go in, their attitude completely changes when I say that I can get my stuff cheaper elsewhere and ask them to price match. I can tell they’re annoyed at me.
