I gave 2 stars, 1 for the young lady that worked there that is leaving for Costco and 1 is for the young man working the door with the Grey and Black mask. Both of these people are very friendly and a good representation of what customer service and happy to be there personality is.. The Manager ... the other dark haired guy with the phone stuffed in his back pocket that does absolutely nothing but walk around with a miserable look on his face. When asked to scoop out 1/2 scoop of walnuts.. he scooped out mostly dust .. I asked him to scoop another half bag that did not have me paying for a bag of debris. He argued with me and said that he did take it from the top.. I told him no you did not and you can please do as I ask or I will go to another location.. He was miserable towards me the rest of the purchase. I have 30 years experience in customer service and business management and WTH is this guy doing as a manager. I over heard a conversation with two customers that left the store because he was so rude to them and they were asking the same thing. WHY WOULD YOU HAVE THAT GUY AS A REPRESENATIVE OF YOUR STORE GET RID OF THE GUY .. it may save you from constantly rehiring staff because he is so rude.. and might also save your location from customers going where they feel like they are an important part of the experience at Bulk Barn

Absolutely horrible owner and business. I bought two large containers of custard from there to make my daughters 1 year birthday cake and when I went to use it there are big chunks of hard gelatin in both containers. I obviously can't use it so I called and asked to please return and show them what I was talking about and get it replaced. The girl said I need to call the owner even tho she's the supervisor and he said if I don't have a receipt he won't do anything about it! Well of course I threw my receipt out and all she would say is he said not without a receipt which is horrible customer service seeing as its their cantainers with their name on it and also any other business can go bcak and find a receipt! So I will never return to this location ever again, I will take a 20 minute drive to give my money and business to another owner. If I could post a pic I would!

The store was clean and organized but the manager was rather rude and condescending. I ended up just leaving due to his attitude.
I always find everything I need here .There are so many options to choose from ,I like baking and I get ideas just looking around where everything is so organized, last but not least people at Bulk Barn are kind and useful,always willing to help. Thanks Bulk Barn!
