Not so good, not so bad. At least it works. I appreciate that they gave me an account when I just arrived in Canada. At that time, most banks refused me because I only have one ID and no Canadian credit card. That is why I keep using them. But I would change if I can have better service.

If you're looking for the slowest service, then by all means go there. Staff are friendly which is why the single star, other wise should be a zero. Super slow and many staff members are not well trained. And as you can see in the picture, the welcome is always empty so don't expect any proper directions. Wait for 20-40 minutes in a 3-4 client line up for your turn for whatever simple question you have.

I have dealt with this branch for 10 years at least. I have always had fast, friendly service. They have been accomodating to all my banking needs. I have been with other banks previous to this.....they have always let me down. I am a BMO customer for life.

Can't remember the guy's name who helped me stop a payment, but was ridiculously helpful

Used the atm inside the bank 1 day and it was super slow and noisy. Then couple days later used atm in drive thru and its insanely loud slow and screen flickering and didn't dispense money bank said just a hiccup its normal. Not good if banks closed and it doesn't dispense.
