I recently had black out blinds installed in my condo and had a wonderful experience with Dana and the installation team. Everyone was friendly and professional. When our blinds were first installed one panel had a tear. This was easily remedied by Dana and she was able to order us a new blind and have the replacement installed in less than two weeks. I was very impressed with the team at Blind Ambitions and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We called Blind Ambitions because of the excellent reviews they had. Their price was comparable to other quotes and the blinds are what we ordered. However, I am not very happy with the service we received from Anna. When she came out we knew we wanted the cellular blinds. She showed us the samples of colours to choose from, but that was about it. She didn't really make any suggestions or offer tips, since we had never purchased blinds before. We now can barely get our window screens out because the blinds cover the top part of them. We decided on one large 5 foot blind for our bedroom instead of three, its so huge and heavy and awkward that we have to climb on the bed to open and close it. I would have expected that a professional dealing with blinds would know to consider some of these things and make the customer aware. When she emailed to get the final payment I mentioned that I wasn't totally happy. I have not heard a thing back, not even an email response. All I got was my payment receipt in the mail. The installer who put the blinds up was very efficient and organized and did a great job. When one of the blinds was the wrong size they had it replaced very quickly.
The product quality is excellent. Dana was amazing to deal with she spent the time finding the exact colors and blinds that suited our house. The install team was also amazing very outgoing and very professional during the installation. We would highly recommend Blind Ambition. Thanks for the great service!
Along with Dana (our blind/drapery specialist) we were able to select the perfect blinds for our living room. Dana was very patient in finding the exact colour and blind style best suited for our living area. Install team were very professional and efficient in the installation of new blinds and removal of old drapery. We would definitely recommend Blind Ambition based on the various selection, excellent service, and cost.
