In the past 10 plus years we have spent a lot of money with best sleep Center. It was time for a new bed and frame for us after having the beautiful Hal Anderson mattress for many years. We wanted the same mattress again and we were told that what’s available now is much better than the old Hal Anderson mattress. 1st. The new mattress I would gladly throw out if I could get my old mattress back and be very happy. 2nd we purchased an adjustable bed. Bad on us for not doing any research on them. Only one remote works and that one seems to need rebooting every so often to keep working. (Which is very inconvenient) and best sleep Center has been here to try and correct the problem with no luck and we have unfortunately not heard back from Gary or anyone at best sleep for this issue. Also the first set of legs put on the adjustable bed frame were very short and the bed was very low to the floor which was nothing like it was in store so they came and put longer legs on but were shorted 4 legs under the frame. Unfortunately again we have not heard back from them when this will be corrected and it’s been since September 2020. We wanted a firm mattress like the Hal Anderson mattress and the mattress we purchased was taken back to be made firmer when the first one was too soft and now with the adjustable bed frame even when you put the frame to flat the mattress Will not go flat. We have been waiting to do the review hoping we would hear back to have these or something resolved so since we haven’t here is our review. If we could have just got what we asked for life would be much better!

The wife and I went in looking for a new queen size mattress and were greeted promptly (by the big guy himself) and were immediately felt at ease and did not experience any pressure regarding potential purchases. Best Sleep Centre worked within our budget and managed to get us a great deal on a better quality set than we were originally looking at, and also got a pretty good deal on some new cooling pillows. Their 3rd party delivery service came the following day, and were quick and courteous. We did find a small bit of damage to our box spring during transport - accidents happen. After taking some pics, we notified the store (warehouse) and was told it would not affect our warranty and that a note was placed on file. So...we were happy with the products, the amazing comfortable sleep as well as post purchase communication. We would highly recommend BSC! Edit: I've attached the pic showing the damage on the new box spring. It's a very tiny mark, and nobody will see it, but I just needed to make a note of it for reference.

This company is excellent. When we arrived at the store, the salesman asked us what our budget was and then kept that in mind the whole visit. He was knowledgeable about the products and helped us to find the perfect mattress, taking into consideration our age, height and personal needs. At no time did he try to upsell or rush us, encouraging us to take our time testing out the mattresses. They have a really good selection of mattresses and as I say, the salesman knew each mattress well and provided us with lots of particulars, answering any questions along the way. They were able to deliver the mattress two days after we purchased it and the delivery was quick and efficient with no complaints at all. I would highly recommend going to Best Sleep Centre for your bed when you need a new one. Thanks to our salesman, Ed, your service was excellent and much appreciated.

I bought a King size mattress and an electric base. The staff were excellent and they worked with me to come to a deal that was good for both of us. I went to 6 other stores, looking for a good deal on a good bed, and the salesman was the nicest guy out of all the stores I'd been to. I would definitely recommend Best Sleep Centre Inc. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm sure you will be too.

Went here for a regular king size bed frame. Service was slow. I had called before I went and the sale guy was surposed to call me back, but didn't. Store is very nice and they have everything for bedrooms. Great location, I will come back but want way better service.
