Poor customer service specially by the the guys at floor. I asked some question about headphones and The staff was showing me headphones by indicating to the products on the shelf with his foot rather than hands. I complained at the front desk to the person claiming that he is manager. They didn’t said sorry or if I can indicate the staff member. He just said “ok we will discuss”.

This is one of the smaller locations I have visited. That said, they have an excellent variety of products and lots of branded displays and demos. Also, the staff was friendly and seemed customer-centric.

First off the smell in this place is brutal. Rude staff, that will follow you around to make sure your not stealing but won't offer any help. Manager is the worst of them all. Will not shop there again, and I have been going to that location for over 20 years back all the way when it was a future shop. NEVER again.

This store is a joke. Sale people are rude and standoffish demanding to know why you are there. Not very helpful.Especially the short fat team leader. Follow you around staring. Refused to give me service because I am from a different province. It's no wonder amazon is putting these clowns out of buissiness. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
