I ordered a drink table over a month ago.. 3 retries and I may get it Monday.. but I'm not holding my breath.. beware of items from US.. TOTALLY unreliable.. their Corp. Cust. Service doesn't do anything.. I get texts that its on delivery but it never gets here..

I bought a coffee pot and it was defective. I returned it and they refused to give me my money back. All you get is a "store credit" to make you buy something else there. Basically, I lost my money. The merchandise is cheap, crummy and OVERPRICED considering how shoddy it is. I can go almost anywhere else and find the same item for less. And yes, the customer service is non-existent to bad. We had to wait for 15 minutes at the counter because there was only one person working in the store. LATER: About a year later I bought an iron here. I got home and found it wasn't the one I really wanted so I went back and returned it. They must have changed their policy (complaints, eh?) because they just gave me the refund. Thank goodness because the iron was 145! There was still only one person working in the store - I've been several times and that is always the case - but I didn't have to wait and they were very professional. So I have upgraded my rating for this store.

Clean store, always stocked to give you endless items to look at. I personally couldn't spend hours in there due to a shorter attention span.. but I do enjoy shopping here every now and again to find cool new things for my home. Staff are always friendly and helpful when you need assistance, no one bombards you a bunch when you're looking around which is a huge plus!
