It was a great experience working with Garth at Awards Canada. He went out of his way to ensure we received a great product. We were looking for magnetic buttons with staff faces on them. I didn't see them offered on the website so I emailed directly. I received a prompt response. Whether or not it's a regular product, they custom made them for us. They did an even better job than we expected. I would highly recommend them!

Awards Canada has great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure that the recipients of our awards had a beautiful experience. All of the members of their staff were a pleasure to work and communicate with. They were incredibly patient and helpful. The final product looks great and came in absolutely stunning packaging that surprised and delighted our awards winners. I definitely recommend this company for any organization looking for glass awards.
After doing a lot of research regarding enamel pin making, it was important to me to support a manufacturer that was based in North America. Enter Awards Canada! I felt taken care of from the moment I landed on their website, but I knew I was in good hands when I spoke with Garth about my project and the expectations for enamel pin creation. Each step of the process was clear and the delivery date was spot on with what they projected for me, which is always a great thing! I recently ordered a name plate for a picture I was making for my uncle who had just retired from the Winnipeg Fire Department! Claire helped me with the order, and she did a phenomenal job! It was easy communication, she gave the suggestion of making the plate gold and black (which looks amazing) and she was even able to add in the WFD crest and slogan! She took my ideas and made it come to life! It worked perfectly with my vision of adding it to the picture frame! I would highly recommend Awards Canada!
Making and ordering a soft enamel lapel pin was new territory for me, and the people at Awards Canada were helpful and clear throughout. I received my pins a day ahead of schedule, and they were perfect, and looking just how I imagined them to look.Would definitely work with them again.
