Very unprofessional. My experience with this company was stressful. I paid 200 in cash as a deposit willing to pay more when the job was done but they didnt do the job at all and still wanted an additional 400 in cash. I was quoted 45 an hour and the job would take 4 hours. How do you get 600 when the cleaner was only there for an hour and a half? They change the facts to cover their mistakes and to make you look like you are wrong. I could go on about this company and how BADLY they handled this but will just hope that they try to be more professional in the future, make customer satisfaction a priority and stick with the facts. I would have been happy to have paid for a job well done but nothing was done.

We had a small flood in our basement and winmar attended the same day to clean up and dry everything out. They were a great pleasure to deal with. We settled cash on the repairs as I am a carpenter but the drying portion I'm was really pleased with. Repairs i unfortunately cannot comment but I'm sure the service would be the same
Fantastic client service and top notch contractors. Wesley was very accommodating and made sure our home was restored to highest quality standard before closing the file. I would recommend this company to everyone!
I recently used Winmar Peterborough. I have to say, they were great to deal with and I am very pleased with the outcome of my repairs. I would definately use them again. With respect to the negative reviews posted, I'm sure there is more to the story than what was stated.
Recently we had a flood in our basement and Winmar attended the same night and start to take out all the wet stuff and dry the areas. It have been 5 weeks and a bit slower than I had hoped but this being our first claim we realized there is a lot or red tape to go through with getting things approved from the insurance company but we were kept in the loop the whole time. Thank you for your help and would use them again but hopefully I do not have to
