Hey everyone if you never been at this place before this is message for you! I've been at this place today I did the spray tans and I'm not happy at all! I was so scared that my skin will look orange after the spray tan but the lady said that it will not. She looked like she didn't care about me. My skin looks orange now especially my hands it's not what I wanted I should of said something but the lady said that it will not be orange so I trusted! I'm very disappointed.
5 stars for fabutan, 1 star for their new lash extensions girl. I hate writing bad reviews but I want to prevent someone else from having the same experience as I. I booked with the new girl due to the discount. I did not want someone who was a student/very new to this so I was just gonna book with someone else and pay the full price, but the lady who booked my appointment ensured she had experience at other salons as well, she was just new to Fabutan hence the discount. My lashes look nothing as expected. I have large, obvious gaps between lashes and even many extensions going the wrong way! I thought maybe I was being too picky, but every person who has seen them so far has commented that they do look odd/funny. I am very disappointed with my results. This is not against fabutan though; I saw the girl who was doing lashes next to me and hers looked a LOT better. I just strongly advise not booking with the new girl. I believe she needs a lot more practice/training.
Paul is a great guy and the staff is always friendly. The salon is always clean and smells amazing.
Went there for a spray tan a couple weeks ago and the girl seemed like she wasn't trained enough. Plus it was my friends and mine first visit and they had a promotion going on that spray tan is half price for first timers. She never told us that and when I found out about that promotion a day later, I called and asked for half our money back but they said they couldn't do that. The spray tan itself was good, but the service was definitely not great.
