This evening I watched two very compassionate, caring and efficient Doctors help my wife. The three Nursing staff there were equally compassionate, caring and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them help Sue through a bad shoulder. Calm, cool and collected they went about their work checking to make sure everything was the way they wanted it to.

Just like to leave a quick review for Nurse Russell, she is by far the kindest, most compassionate nurse I have ever met. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone.

Horrible waiting times. You can see the staff constantly having fun, chatting and doing nothing. And most of the time I have no issues with that. But if the waiting room is maxed maybe it's time to work more effectively. Unless it is live threatening you are better of staying at home and wait for urgent care in winkler.

Horrible 4 hours waiting 3 hours waiting 7 hours is to long for someone to be waiting to see a dr in the er at night.
