My mother was called by TD Fraud and ended up losing 900. It was not actually TD Fraud but a scam. Police were called and all credit cards and accounts changed so they could not get any more of her money. The Bank is doing nothing for her. Tough luck and a sorry is what she got from the bank. 83 years old and way to many years at one bank. Time for a change Mom.
