I'm used to dealing with pests in my line of work, but it is the exact opposite when it comes to Windsor squash and fitness. They are so cool here I can't believe it. Everyone that worksout here is cool, staff is cool as well. All around great place.

Josh rankine is by far the biggest stud to ever work the front desk. Extremely helpful! Always has a towel ready for my sweat sesshhhhhh!!!

I was in the upstairs weight room today and a man who I believe to be a personal trainer kept trying to give me unsolicited advice about how I should be lifting my weight. I never asked for help. I then asked who he was and he called me rude? I come to the gym to enjoy myself and work-out at my leisure, not to be critiqued about my posture or how I should be lifting. Very unprofessional. I'm in fine shape by myself nor did I ever ask for assistance. I mind my own business and don't need to be called rude from some one I never even provoked to talk to me. Some people are self-conscious and shy when going to the gym. People like this scare off customers. I normally really like this gym but I'm extremely offended.
