This is a good store with lots of great deals. After an item being sold out everywhere, we asked A staff member if we could buy the floor model for a discount, and they said that I can't. After realizing that this employee was just lazy and didn't want to ask the manager or help us at all to be honest, we asked a dif. Employee who was named Cole who went to ask the manager, they discounted it 50% and we left happy. He was very nice and helpful.

Whitney, was the kindest person I have met at Toys r us. That is not to say the other staff haven't been helpful or nice. Whitney however went the extra mile. I had no idea what R club was. Showed me how to scan to answer this questionnaire. With a smile the entire time
I had the best experience with Denise C. I was looking for a specific toy for my daughter that was not in stock. I called spoke to Denise who was so friendly, and ready to help. She had a big truck to offload and she promised to call me back. Which she did, not once but twice. She was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much Denise!!
