Today I shopped at Torrid for the first time and it was great. Dorris (I believe is her name) helped me tremendously and made bra shopping a breeze! I have never felt more comfortable and cared for in ANY store, especially while bra shopping. From now on I will only be shopping here for bras!

Short hair, mid 40's, very outgoing sales associate. Not sure who exactly you were, but you made a stressful trip to the mall so much easier. Thank you, you're a real gem! I mean honestly, I've had nothing but positive experiences with all their staff. I just extra appreciated the help I received on my last visit. From sanitizing a measuring tape and helping me find my bra size, to rooting through bins of underwear for my mother when you saw I was just stressed out and done. I appreciate the heck out of you!
