Great service, nice suits

Came in may 16/2019 needed some last minute pants... they were so kind and funny. Didn't try to up sell. Even told me where to go to get shoes that matched a belt I purchased. The Taylor hemmed my pant in under a 1/2 hour. Great staff. Place is it bit pricey but will go back for the service. They work hard.

The store at Devonshire Mall is probably the worst store for customer service I have ever been to. Meaning that it was NON-EXISTENT! I visited this store a couple weeks ago with my girlfriend. We were looking at one of the displays and I had a couple questions. We made eye contact with the person working there and he felt it more important to take out his cell phone and make a phone call. We walked around for a few more minutes and the guy just stood at the counter and played on his phone. I went in again yesterday, hoping maybe that it was just that one worker who was trash. Nope! Different guy, same non-existent customer service. I was in the store for close to 10 minutes and the worker never acknowledged me, not even once! He didn't even budge from behind the counter. Is this the kind of "customer service" that is acceptable at Tip Top? Where are your standards? Not to mention that both times, the men working the store were wearing jeans and T-shirts. This isn't Old Navy, you are selling high priced men's fashion! I will continue to go to Freeds and Moores, where the employees are well dressed and their customer service is top quality. Shame on you Too Top!

Laughter is the best Medicine

Spent 600 on 2 suits. They were trash the zipper broke on one and seems split on the other. I only had them for a few months. It's not like I was any bigger they still fit the same they just literally fell apart. I will never shop there again.

I went here in search of a Suit for a wedding and was advised to go to a competitor so I did! I would Recommend Moores to anyone looking for great service and selection! Update: I received a phone call today April 16th from Mona the Store Manager. She apologized for lack of service I received during my visit and invited me back to the location to give them another try. I did appreciate her call and feel it was genuine.
