NEVER ORDER SCRUBS FROM HERE. worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered my scrubs 6 weeks ago and was told they'd be in in a week.. I finally called them after 4 weeks to be told that they were discontinued and was lied to by saying that she already talked to me about reordering my scrubs. this never happened. I finally get a text saying that they reordered them and my scrubs will be in the following week. I show up to pick them up and the girl at the desk said that they weren't in yet. if I could give this store no stars I would.

Ive gotten scrub pants here before. They lasted well over 4 years, the staff is great and down to earth! Will definitely be going back.
Wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately my experience with this store doesn't allow for that. First, if you're looking for a store with a lot of selection, go somewhere else. This is a pretty small store with not a lot of variety. I ended up ordering a jacket, however, due to staff miscommunication, the one I paid for was not the one ordered for me. After waiting 3 weeks for my order, I was told I could come in to resolve the matter on a specific day, but when I got there, the store was closed. I communicated with a staff member online and received an online return, as I was frustrated with the disorganization and was not willing to have to return to the store again to deal with this. I wish The Scrub Shop luck and hope they work out the kinks soon.
The owner is so helpful and always cheerful. I would rather support a local business than online. Definitely recommend
The staff were great but the scrubs took more than 3 weeks to come in and when the shop says open till 6 on Thursdays but it’s closed at 530?.
