Dr. Pfaff is a great doctor. He listens to the problem and does everything he can to figure it out. I have only been going to him since September but he has done more for me than any other doctor in Windsor. He cares about his patients and even takes his own time to call and check up. I would recommend Dr. Pfaff to anyone who needs an amazing family doctor!

One of the receptionists in the main lobby needs more training, especially a lesson on how to talk to a patient in a professional manner. She (dark eyed with scarf over her hair) would not even look me in the eyes when I asked her a simple question. I'm sure service animals could do a better job than YOU. At least they are more ATTENTIVE.
This clinic is a good clinic with the exception of Dr. Cheema all the other doctors in this clinic are good but she doesn’t bother to show any empathy to her patients, she is EXTREMELY blunt, she talks to her patients almost as if she is trying to belittle them, and she doesn’t even give her patients time to explain their issues. Both my fiancée and I have had bad experiences with her, all the other doctors in the clinic are great but she has ruined this clinic for us.
When i called the office to see when a certain dr would be in the miserable lady on the phone wouldn't tell me reason is that Ive seen that dr before and wanted to see them again but she wouldnt tell me ....very professional of her...sorry you hate your life so much
Rafsan Hassan \she has no right to endanger a patient’s life and later just covering things with lies\. Judging by the fact that this person has a new review today I think it's safe to say that Dr. Cheema's treatment was a success and despite \endangering their life\ everything worked out just fine. I've never had Dr. Cheema but I'm confident she's more than capable of cleaning an ear \during a pandemic no less\ and unfortunately sometimes scratches happen. It's a shame that doctors have to deal with such stupid people. What's really funny is the idea that anyone is going to read a review and decide not to seek medical care because someone was unhappy with an ear cleaning. Keep up the good work Dr. Cheema, and stay safe.
