I was at the brick today. Had a few issues with replacement screws for my dining room chairs. Been waiting for sometime. Christina helped me today. She ended up ordering me a new chair. Which she also scheduled with a rug I am picking up this weekend. Great job Christina!

Very Disappointed. My wife and I bought a new couch called \The Randal\ in September of 2020. It was about 3000. Unfortunately the fabric started to ball up and fray in only 3 weeks of ownership and light use. A gentleman came out and looked at it. He was surprised at couch, initially asking if we've had this couch for \a year or so\. He told us he would contact us within 10 days and left assuring us this wasn't normal. After 3 weeks of waiting with no reply, we eventually called and found out they had closed the case without notifying us. In addition, the person we spoke to mentioned they would NOT replace the couch or give us any kind of discount. Unprofessional and classless business. We will take our business to a competitor that actually cares and sells quality furniture. I suggest you do the same.
