Amazing place for adults or kids you get to immerse yourself in all kinds of artwork you can literally go in a room and splatter paint everywhere or on a canvas. and there were kids painting with their fingers plungers and fly swatters and having a really fun time. We also got to learn how to do a little bit of graffiti from the in-house graffiti artist thedreameugene. Everyone had an amazing time and although we only spent about an hour to an hour and a half there we could have very easily spent an entire day I think every city in the world should have a venue like this for kids and adults can go and express themselves in an artistic manner at a price that would not break the bank. this is a really unique venue and I would say a must not miss while you're in Canada visiting Windsor. They really love what they're doing and it definitely shows. Like I said this won't break the bank and they do accept donations as well.

So much fun for my 3 year-old and his friend! We did a private splatter session. 22 for the for and you get to keep the canvas. They play feel good music and the kids can paint without writing about making a new (in fact it's encouraged! The staff are friendly and great with kids. I will return!
My daughter is a kinetic learner and loves making and creating. There are only so many outlets for that at school. The Art Lab is like heaven, so many great things to learn and make and be! She goes at least weekly, and often twice a week. The Director, Samantha, is gifted and talented, and makes the space a resource for Windsor.
OMG if you have kids (or are a kid at heart) you must attend a session hosted by The Art Lab. My god daughter and I attended \SLIM TIME\ on November 26, 2019 and had an amazing time. Surprisingly there was only 5 other children in the session (very rare states the host). The host/owner/artist read the children very well and was an amusing instructor. The little things-my god daughter started on her first (ever) batch of homemade slim and wanted to add just one more color to the mix. To her surprise (and mine) the soon to be slime turned brown(not very attractive to a 4 yrs old). You can see the disappointment on the little girl's face and without missing a beat, the host commented \thats an awesome Rootbeer color you have there\ ROOTBEER!! It was perfect! Right along my god daughter went with her tasks. Get the kids off the couch and have them make something creative in an place where YOU don't have to do the clean up!
Absolutely amazing!! The owner Sam was wonderful! Kids are still talking about her!!! I would definitely recommend this place for birthday parties...i want to try the date night next!!
