I've got nothing but great things to say about TCC Computers Inc...I brought my laptop in yesterday as it had suffered the tragic, \BSOD\ (Blue Screen of Death)...The employee (owner?) was extremely polite, utterly competent and very helpful. He had it fixed within two hours. Price was reasonable and he actually gave me a discount when it came to the taxes. I will be doing ALL my repairs at this place in the future! Very, very impressed!

16 months ago I purchased what I was told was a \New\ Dell laptop but with an old Pentium processor. I was charged 550.00 . Today, the laptop is toast - no power to it at all. Since when does an unused ew\ laptop die in 16 short months. There was a one year warranty on this ew\ computer. I had many problems with it during that time and know I will run into a brick wall to even mention it to them. They have my money and I have a brick wall. Never again. I also had purchased an external hard drive for back up from them many years earlier, which was properly connected and used with Time Machine. There was absolutely nothing on this hard drive, while checking the operation of Time Machine was perfect. They don't hone up on their English language, skills, which , in my experience was their excuse for not totally understanding me, and when I needed to understand, , their accent got a little thicker. IM ANGRY WITH THIS OUTFIT AND DEFINITELY TELL ANY BUYER B E W A R E!! MAY 22, 2017 This entire situation was an unfortunate series of event that upset me. I didn't take any problems back to TCC because they were on the opposite end of the city and I had a problem understanding their dialect. They have assured me had I taken the problems to them they would have assisted me. When the computer totally died, it was four months past the warranty and that too upset me, but was also the reason that I didn't take it back to TCC, as I didn't expect they could do anything past the warranty. As well the non functioning external hard drive added to my problems. I have had communication with TCC and we are now at a better understanding. I will take back the caution of \Buyer Beware\. These people are very interested in giving good service to their customers.

Best computer sales and service!! Only place I go for any and all my computer services. Repair and or purchase. Customer service is EXCELLENT!! Same day repair, GREAT prices for repair and computers. Love this store. Recommend to everyone.

I am very dissatisfied with the present management at TCC computers They sold me a useless Dell computer which Informed them several times was utterly useless in its performance. They said it had a 250 GIG hard drive but when I got home I discovered it was only a 125 gig It's performance was pitiful and I asked then several times to trade me up on a better model as I couldn't use the computer for anything other than simple internet. They said that on the 199.00 I paid for the piece of junk Dell would only give me 100.00 on a 400.00 computer. I ended up dealing with another company with a high rating and got a excellent deal on a powerful laptop I would TCC COMPUTERS a rating of 2 out of 5 I and my family will not deal with TCC and i tell everybody to deal with other high rating companies I gave them every chance to make amends but they refused and don't care what their customers feel or go through
