I was appalled by his lack of professionalism and disrespect. Rude to me and other customers, impatient and unkind. Went to him for years, never again.
Rus has been doing my taxes for years. Tax time is very stressful and he takes the stress out of everything. I am very thankful I have him to count on every year.
Please be warned that this gentleman is very very unprofessional!! I was disrespected and spoken to like a child. Do Not use his services. You have been warned!!!
Russel knows how to file income taxes for Americans that get paid in Canadian funds. I can't find that here in Florida.
