I went to the Swiss Chalet for take out in LaSalle today. It was amazing customer service. It was around 1:30-2:00. Usually my husband picks up on the walker rd place. This was my first time the Girl at the Window and another girl inside helped me with my Selection with a Family dinner meal. As a Senior citizen I have the utmost respect I wish I had their names to thank them. Made my drive through experience a great one thank you young ladies

I call to ask if they still have chicken. Then start to ask to order pick-up and he hangs up.
Purchased a full rack of ribs and received a pile of mush. Disappointed, usually a great place for a good meal.
* TERRIBLE !! I ordered 2 Can Dine Dinners with Spring Rools and Pie ... Chicken is so tiny; that it's barely enough for me (and I'm a small female) I asked for extra mashed potatoes (didn't get it) and Staff forgot about the Pie ?! Definitely will never go back there again !! *
As long as u go to the one on Walker rd it's good the one on manning has very bad service
