Dr. Paulo and his team were nothing short of amazing. I was very pleased with my daughters wisdom teeth extraction performed at Southwestern Oral and Maxillary Centre. The process from beginning to end was meticulous. Very clean and calm atmosphere with a supportive healthcare team. I highly recommend Dr. Paulo.

Dr. Sadak has been an oral surgeon to both my daughter and I. Everyone at the office is incredibly caring. My daughter's dentist referred her to a different oral surgeon but after the amazing care I received, I knew I wouldn't want my kid to go anywhere else. She was calmed so much by the staff that she went from being extremely nervous to having her extractions done under a local anesthetic only! He even calls the evening of to ensure his patients are doing well. Highly recommend Dr. Sadek and his office to everyone.

I had to get my cracked tooth extracted unexpectedly and my dentist called Southwestern to see if they could fit me into their very busy schedule. They confirmed they would make time for me. They have a strict Covid-19 procedure in place and it was very evident. Everyone I interacted with, treated me with care and interest, including Dr Paulo. They made time for me even under the current conditions and demands. 1st class service and results. I was very impressed. I highly recommend this surgical centre.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Paulo and his staff! I needed a tooth pulled and was in so much pain. They saw me the same day and Dr. Paulo’s calm and professional demeanor made all the difference for me. He took the time to explain the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! He truly cares about the patient’s well being and experience. Will def be coming back and I highly recommend this office and Dr. Paulo for your oral surgery needs!
