Maybe one of the worst walk in clinics I ever dealt with, she refused to send the rec to Dynacare- Even though she could, she said that i should just go to another clinic to get it done, and waist a couple of hour tomorrow to do it. She did say that my issue could be severe but refuses to send it dynacare because she dosnt like them. It was really crazy, and she absolutely sounded out to lunch.

Absolutely love the staff there. They are kind, efficient and considerate. Without them, I would have had to wait forever. They got me though the line quickly and out of the clinic in no time. Thank you very much. I am especially grateful to those who work at the Walk-In Clinic window.
It is with great regret that I must rate this clinic one star. I have nothing but absolutely good things to say about Dr Doshi. He has been a tremendous help, is understanding, caring, and works honestly to the best of his abilities. I've also seen a few other doctors at this clinic, once again who are knowledgeable in their profession, and act professionally. However, most people won't know this. The first people you meet (The front desk staff) completely hinder an otherwise completely respectable place of professionals. They've belittled me, questioned my literacy skills, are inefficient with appointments/bookings, among numerous other things. Upon attempting to book appointments, I'm often greeted with \what do you want\ over the telephone. Their knowledge of medicine is non-existent, which wouldn't be a problem if they didn't try to dish out random unsolicited medical advice. It would be beneficial for this clinic to simply replace them with self check in kiosks, as talking to a computer would yield a more efficient, and respectable patient experience.
Have had excellent and empathetic care from Dr. Aggarwal for the last 20 years. She is kind, considerate and always makes me feel safe in her care. Her staff is wonderful.
Bad experience. Its 7:45PM on a THU now and I have just returned from this place, after being told to either go to hospital or come back tomorrow, because they are not taking anymore patient for today. We were there roughly around 7:30PM and this place is open till 9PM. I was there with my wife who has flu symptoms for past few days. My question to our public health service is, are they allowed to refuse patients like this? If yes, why the place posts that they are open till 9PM? This is a repeat instance where I have noticed that staff stops taking people after 7-7:30PM...even when there is a lot of empty chairs. Even today, there were 10-15 people at the most and we had full 90 minutes as per the posted time.
