Beautifully renovated units, with great building managers. If you're looking for an apartment in Windsor, these are the nicest apartments under 2k I could find, and from what I hear it is a great area. Currently in the process of moving from Ohio to Windsor, which in the middle of a pandemic is a challenge. Jennifer (Shoreline Towers Building Manager) has been incredibly helpful and timely in sharing apartment photos, available and upcoming units, and working with me in my unique situation to get everything in place. The building managers are all very helpful and will help you when possible with units in other TerraCorp locations. So far, this team has been very professional and helpful with my unique situation. Recommend this location to other professionals looking for a modern apartment on the water. Will post photos of unit when I move in, if I remember.

I lived for for a little over 2 years. Don't have many complaints. There were a number of disruptions, but they were all for updating the service to the units (like adding boiler heating - which was great) so I didn't really mind. The landlords are friendly and easy to work with. My only complaint would be it can be frustrating to get repairs done in the unit sometimes unless you really press them. Would definitely recommend renting here if you consider yourself a low-maintenance tenant. Great view and nice summer breeze if you get a river-facing unit.
I have lived in this building for 2.5 years now. I do really like my apartment, but everything else is just constant chaos. The elevators are constantly broken, the entry way smells like wet, hot, dog pee (and has for months now). There is CONSTANT construction going on, notices on our door at least once a week that they need to enter our unit, and my husband works midnights so he has to either sit up and wait for them to get to the apt, or he is woken up. Not to mention, the poor guy can't sleep with the constant drilling, banging, sawing, that is always going on. The elevators are ancient and always breaking down, so inconvenient when you are just trying to get to work and you have to take the service elevator. I emailed Terracorp about all of my complains and each one was addressed with an excuse. That everything was fine, that this is normal, that everyone will be happy with the changes they are making. If I could find another place in the area with open room, I'd move in a heartbeat.
Do not rent from this company! They are not willing to work with tenants at all. Very self absorbed and ignorant. The ongoing construction is an inconvenince to the tenants. They post notices on your door for workers that are coming, make you clear space for them and no one ever shows, leaving the apartment looking like you just moved in. I've had water come out of the walls, called the manager to notify them, nothing was ever done. Avoid renting here!
If I could give this apartment building less than 1 star I would. I have lived here for not even a year and all 8 of my outstanding maintenance requests have not been completed. One of the workers verbally assaulted me while the landlord watch and when I got ahold of TerraCorp to discuss how unhappy I was about the situation they tried to evict me over it. The same landlord has now been fired but is still lurking around the parking lot towing cars if he can find a towing company to do it and every single time they have come into my apartment to do something they leave it unlocked. THREE TIMES I HAVE COME HOME FROM WORK TO MY APARTMENT DOOR UNLOCKED!! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Oh and don't expect to live here and have visitors. There is no visitor parking and my boyfriend has to park a block away every single day he comes to see me. NEVER RENT FROM THIS BUILDING THEYRE CORRUPT!!!
