Tried to buy wash at pump but no info. so pumped gas and paid but still no mention about wash so went inside and was told wash was closed and I said I wanted the wash and gas special but agent said come back another day and they will take care of me. Don't understand why I couldn't pay for wash for the deal inside and come back with my ticket another day. I told the agent they should have a sign on the wash saying it was down and notes on the pumps but he just shrugged it off. Wrote to Shell and they completely blew off my email as well. Had suggested they put a simple neon open/closed sign on the wash to alert people. As far as I am concerned Shell is S...hell!

I went for a car wash at this Shell and purchased the ultimate car wash and went back to tell them that my car wash wasn’t perfect and they offered another ultimate car wash but asked for a basic car wash to get the soap off and don’t need the extra features in the car wash as I just want the soap cleaned off but the cashier denied and offered the same wash again and went thru the car wash and ended up with more soap on the car. I would say “DON’T USE THIS CAR WASH STATION UNLESS YOU WANT A SOAPY CAR” I have attached a picture. It’s not the cashier’s (Preet) fault but her service was 10/10 but car wash was 4/10. You guys need more pressure for that car wash not limited water lol.
It's a touchless car wash center of Shell. Equipment is new, had a nice and clean wash
Clean and courteous owner and staff. Its a bonus when they have sales on car washes ESPECIALLY when they WORK. Only 3 times in 8 years I had to go elsewhere
