Worst bank ever. Teller is rude when I went to get change for the salon I work at. I had 80 to change into a few rolls. She refused to help me vecabeci didn't bank with their branch. It's canadiCa money... It shouldn't matter what bank the owner banks at. I'm just getting change. Never in the 15 years I've been in retail have I ever been denied change!! She was so rude to say oh well then if td did it for you then go walk over to td again. How disrespectful. Never will I ever deal with scotia bank. How can you refuse to exchange CANADIAN MINEY FOR CANADIAN MONEY? YOURE A BANK!!!! calling the branch manager today to complain. That's horrible cistcust service and anyone I know who has them in my immediate family will be moving to BMO where the customer service is excellent!

Tried calling and it kept disconnecting my call. Went through at least 5 prompts each time. Half the time it said it could not understand what I was asking. Once I got through to a person, they said that they were not actually at the branch and they would need to put me on hold to ask. This whole process to ask if my paperwork was ready for pick up took 20 minutes.
Excellent service—friendly, courteous and helpful.

The people thaf worm here is very rude and not helpfull at all! We went there this week and they were very rude and abrubt like we were bothering then and they wouldve done anything else rather than to help us. Switching ASAP Really dissapointed.
