How hard is it to update your office hours on Google? Be professional. 8 o'clock on Saturday close time? Funny I can't get a hold of anyone at 330 pm. Thanks for the help!

I can't even rate the service, we never made it through the door. After standing in line for 40 minutes a very rude blonde receptionist comes out and yells the walk-in clinic is closed at 3:50. We were next in line and after finally getting her attention about any other locations we could get an x-ray, as my husband can barely stand from a fall, she ignorantly says \the hospital\. I thanked her for her concern!!!! No compassion, no empathy, no concern and no manners

This place is great! Most times I've gone, I've never had to wait. I've gone up to the desk to give them my health card. Then they instantly send me to the room, without having to sit in the waiting room. When I have had to wait, it's been for very short periods of time. Every Doctor I've seen there has not only been helpful & caring, but they've also had an awesome bedside manner & a comforting chemistry. This is already a long review, but I'll make the rest quick! The pharmacy has a large staff, so the waits there aren't bad at all. There haven't been any long waits. The blood clinic is wonderful too! Super friendly & skilled (so less stabbystab pain) nurses working there. They're also very caring & awesome as well.

Very rude receptionist!! My son poked himself in his eye very hard, so I just called to see if they recommended me to bring him in. It was 6:30 and they close at 8. She promptly told me o they are not taking anymore patients\ and hung up before I could even ask for a suggestion on what to do...... I now believe all the other negative reviews about this clinc.... I'd give it negative stars if I could

I visited this place twice once for myself and second time for my wife. Both of us had to see Dr.Cheema and our experience wasn't good. She needs to learn to be more compassionate towards her patients. Also, the second time they charged us 20 for a letter which was given on a tiny paper without proper stamp.
